Yes he did. If confusion and chaos in the community were the goal of this so-called Labor government who purport to uphold Fabian ideals then they have been very successful.
If they are serious about the future of this state then maybe they need to invest in the education of the children of this state, rather than public displays of spending that mean you now no longer need to walk the 400 metres from the train station to UNISA.
Good point Jonas. Surely SA Progressive Business is helping to boost the bank balance. Can't see any excuse for under-funding education. Rann and his cronies are a disgrace.
